About Me

I’ve spent my career building products, leading engineering and product teams, and coaching PMs and EMs into senior and leadership roles.

I currently lead the Match Recommendations Platform at Indeed.com and previously worked at Bloomberg, PayPal, Microsoft, and Amazon. I also built and sold a project management product under the KodeSphere umbrella, and today I coach leaders across the US, Europe, and India.

My coaching is grounded in experience, clear thinking, and a bias toward action. I focus on what actually moves careers forward.
